Wipro provides a re-usable service based framework to accelerate the development of the services and utilities to build the customer self service functions required by an insurance customer. Apart from being aligned to service oriented architecture, this framework will also align to using ACORD transactions to promote standardization.

The framework is developed on a platform called SObay, an innovation initiative at Wipro. SObay extensively uses SOA principles of reuse, flexibility, composability, federation and aggregation.

PayCentral - Wipro's payments factory is a high speed, secured processing zone, maximizing STP, maintaining zero tolerance in errors, reconciliations and regulations with low processing cost.

PayCentral is a centralized web based solution designed to receive and manage the entire lifecycle of payment instructions from customers. These payment instructions may be fund transfer, check payment etc.
