We have a Royalty Shared Services Center which focuses on the core process components of royalty processing and contract administration workflow, thereby providing lower cost of services for repeatable and predictable parts of the royalty process.

Presently, we foresee shared services to be delivered through an optimum combination of near shore and offshore delivery centers. By providing stability, immediate access, and the ability to manage sensitive relationships with artists and publishers, it offers a significant cost advantage.
