We have come up with a solution framework which allows suppliers and partners to collaborate. For instance, we have initiated a portal which facilitates companies to execute lead management based on leads received from dealers and also supervise program promotions for them. This was done for one of our clients in the HVAC segment. The portal also helped to provide advanced business intelligence, decision support and an enhanced sourcing and procurement process. Apart from these, the framework also permits companies to accomplish partner administration. Maintenance of company and partner details and master data management (user and partner data) fall under the purview of partner administration.
