Ray Wang, Principal Analyst-Enterprise Applications, Forrester Research Ray Wang is a senior analysts in the Forrester's Enterprise Applications research team. Ray brings enterprise software experience honed from more than a decade of product management, management consulting, and marketing roles. Prior to joining Forrester, he headed up the CRM Analyst Relations program for PeopleSoft. Before working for packaged application vendors, Ray developed his management consulting and strategy experiences at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, Deloitte Consulting, and the Johns Hopkins Hospital. Ray graduated from the Johns Hopkins University with a B.A. in natural sciences and public health. |

Johnathan Vogt
Sr. IT Manager, Global Product Integration, Nike
Johnathan has worked at Nike for the past five years within the Nike Supply Chain on regional implementations of SAP R/3. He is the IT Manager for the Global Product Integration team, responsible for the consolidation, harmonization, and central product master data management across the global supply chain. He has been responsible for the vendor selection process resulting in the acquisition of MDM at Nike and its implementation of MDM at Nike as part of strategic change to the product integration landscape.
Johnathan is a graduate of the University of Colorado and has earned an MBA from the Washington State University. Prior to joining Nike, Johnathan worked as a developer and project manager at Hewlett-Packard within the supply chain and R&D. Away from work, Johnathan enjoys time with the family, working on the house, and playing sports. His most likely occupational alternative would be as an artist. |

Kathy May
Director, IT Business Intelligence Services
Kathy has twenty-eight years in high technology and related fields. Currently she is the Director of IT Business Intelligence Services at Weyerhaeuser. The BIS team is responsible for building and managing the Enterprise Data Warehouse, business specific datamarts, and the Master Data Management utility. As such they provide reporting, online analytics, dashboard, scorecards and data translation capabilities to all businesses within Weyerhaeuser.
Prior to this role, she was a Director of project managers in Weyerhaeuser’s Project Management Organization, with accountability for Enterprise projects, E-Business projects, and various IT Lines of Business projects.
Before joining Weyerhaeuser, she spent much of her career in the BlueCross BlueShield insurance industry, in a wide variety of information technology roles including applications development, data warehousing, project management, architecture, and executive management. |

Scott Feldman
Director, Global Leadership Program, SAP America
Scott has spent over twenty-four years in high technology and related fields. Currently he is the Director for the SAP Global Community Ecosystem, which includes the management of numerous customer-focused communities such as Enterprise Architect, Analytics, MDM, Compliance and the “C-level” Global Leadership Program. Scott also has been supporting customers in the past few years as a Senior SAP NetWeaver™ Advisor for the SAP Customer Advisory Office.
Prior to this role, he was a Manager in the Product Marketing team at SAP Portals where he was responsible for creation of the go-to market messages and product strategy for SAP Portals’ Enterprise Portal product line. Before that, Scott was the first Business Development Manager for SAP America's Application Hosting team where he was responsible for managing a number of SAP Certified Application Hosting partners, training and education of the SAP sales and support organization, and managing resources for SAP partners, consultants and others associated with the program. Before joining SAP, he spent over two years as the Northeast Alliance Manager for Sun Microsystems where he drove over $50 Million in partner related revenue to Sun, two years as the Programs Manager for a marketing consulting firm, and over 10 years in sales and marketing at Hewlett-Packard Company. He also practiced law in Philadelphia during the early 1990s where he specialized in litigation and intellectual property matters. Scott holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Lafayette College, an MBA in Marketing from Drexel University, a Juris Doctor from Temple University, and is a licensed attorney for the states of Pennsylvania and New Jersey as well as a registered Patent Attorney. |
