Paul Hamerman
Vice President, Forrester Research
Paul Hamerman is a vice president in Forrester's Enterprise Applications research group, covering horizontal applications for management and control and overall trends in the application software industry. His coverage areas include ERP, financial management, human capital and human resources management systems, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, planning and budgeting, and business performance management. Paul works extensively with both applications user clients and vendor clients, internationally and across a wide variety of industries. Paul earned a B.A. in economics from Connecticut College and an M.B.A. from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business.

John J. Quinn

John J. Quinn is the Vice President and Head of Human Resources Information Technology at the Marsh & McLennan Companies. His responsibilities include consolidation of several HR IT organizations under one management structure in order to share best in class technology among MMC affiliates and formulate an IT strategy to support the global requirements of HR.
John joined Putnam in 1998, before which, since 1981, he was with PricewaterhouseCoopers at various capacities. He is an MBA from Babson College and has 19 years of experience in the investment industry.
