The customer
One of the largest wireless communication providers in the U.S.A with more than 27 million wireless voice and data customers.
 
The challenge

The customer wanted to enhance the analytical system by adding more reports and Web enable the same for large groups of report users. The users can subscribe to published reports, and customize them to meet their specific needs.

 
The solution

Wipro conducted two weeks of system study to understand the over all requirements and to come up with definition of reports to be developed. Team Wipro then finalized on the design and the report-to-data-source mapping based on extensive interactions with users and IT group. The implementation was done using the existing BI tool and care was taken to integrate the newly developed reports with the existing system. Wipro was able to deliver the entire requirement within a short time frame of 8 weeks, a solution, which fulfilled the end-user requirements.
