The Wipro team was responsible for the analysis, design and implementation of the business intelligence solution. We prepared a business case for the data mart and then developed and deployed it. Our solution offered dashboard reporting to measure the success of business performance against key CFX strategies, using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Provisions were made for ad hoc querying and reporting. The system supported multi-currency conversions.

The solution allowed the client to constantly monitor its CFX business and fully exploit the strategic information gathered from its CRM system. Our application supported a web interface that made access to the information simple. This was a fixed price project where the risk was carried by Wipro - it was completed on schedule and within budget. |
