It has over 500+ stores all over U.S and Canada with online eCommerce retailing. For the 2003 fiscal year, the customer’s total revenue rose 16 percent to $22.71 billion compared with $19.60 billion for fiscal 2002. The retailer has a reputation for having developed a system for reliable, timely and cost effective product deliveries for its customers. |

The client wanted to give its customers a smooth experience of online retailing. For this, it was essential that the client maintain a comprehensive customer database so as to customize and enhance its offerings. However, the presence of over 130 million records and 30 different applications created a complicated situation for secure CRM access and customer data privacy. |
