The client had a large IT infrastructure support requirement, with applications like SAP ERP, sales order management systems, forecasting systems, and Oracle manufacturing ERP. The client wanted post implementation support for sustaining the already implemented supply chain solution. Since they had already implemented i2 master planner and demand fulfillment version 5.0, they wanted an effective approach for sustaining the use of this solution.

Wipro helped in the production support activity providing excellent domain experience and technical experience in i2 products to help the customer tide over the teething problems in the post Go Live phase. Wipro proposed a cyclical production support model to address the requirements, including routine functionality changes as well as major changes like introduction of new products.
