| The client wanted to replace its existing reporting solution with SAP BW enabling reporting from various divisions in an organized and structured way. To this effect the client’s accounting group invited Wipro for the implementation of SAP BW. |

| The solution |
| Wipro team provided the complete SAP BW solution working in a challenging multi partner scenario. The test and production system hardware and operating system was supported by a different vendor and some development teams were working on similar SAP objects, all this for a large end user base. There was also a critical dependency on SAP R/3 for Master data, Configuration, Enhancements and Transaction data. The BW solution enabled generation of critical reports like financial summary and details, cost summary and cost and billing details, PCA summary and details, time sheet, aged debt, supplier payment, expense claims, etc. There were 543 named users for the BW accessing the reports through BEx and the Web with file net access to scanned images for some of the reports. |
