Challenge

The client’s NT infrastructure (the company’s information backbone) was spread across 11countries and 58 sites in the Asia Pacific (APAC) region. Scattered servers and resources needed to be integrated to create a seamless, global network.

Solution

Wipro’s solution involved domain migration and systems integration across the 11 APAC countries. The WINS servers in the various regions / sites were consolidated and integrated. A standard, single logon using email Ids was implemented. From Knowledge Acquisition to post-migration support, Wipro teams carried out the project with minimum disruption, completed it before schedule and received a Customer Satisfaction Rating of 5 /5.
