| The Challenge |
In an innovative strategic shift, our client embarked on a series of initiatives to transform its insurance operations from a traditional proprietary product and agent-based company to a multi-product, multi-channel financial services enterprise. The company's senior management recognized that their current business processes could not fulfill this strategy. They also knew that their IT architecture and infrastructure could not support the many new technical requirements necessitated by the move to a web-enabled business strategy.
In view of this the client was looking for a solution provider to enhance its core AS400 based application to cater to the changing business needs. Also to provide improved agency and customer services, the client was also looking forward for new e-business solution initiatives. |
