Centers of Excellence (CoEs) constantly work in new technological areas that are the focus of markets of tomorrow. They create competencies addressing technology as well as domain. They enable the growth of an existing practice or grow to a new practice. 4A methodology is adopted for the life cycle process of a CoE constituting awareness phase, assimilation phase, application phase and advancement phase.
