Business continuity planning / Disaster recovery planning
Risks related to natural / manmade contingencies are evaluated on
a periodic basis at Wipro and suitable plans are drawn up for implementation
at appropriate points of time. Wipro has well defined business continuity
and disaster recovery plans for its software and services business
operations. Suitable measures at the infrastructure, people, and process
and technology levels are designed and implemented in the infrastructure
to facilitate speedy recovery in case of any emergencies. Regular
evacuation type drills are also carried out for TESTING the plans.
